Clark County’s Department of Environment and Sustainability is hiring a Principal Planner!

The Principal Planner (Air Quality Planning) position supervises, reviews, evaluates and assists with the work of professional and technical support staff involved in air quality planning. The Principal Planner also develops and implements air quality management programs and air pollution control strategies, and other complex and/or sensitive air quality, transportation and/or specialized environmental planning projects and programs. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, open-minded, and a critical thinker. With at least four years of progressively responsible air quality planning experience, the ideal candidate will be a resourceful problem solver with the ability to analyze a problem from a variety of perspectives using a wide range of tools.
